Big news! I am thrilled to announce that Stepsister, my new novel that explores the true meaning of beauty, has been nominated for a Carnegie Medal! This is the UK’s prestigious young-adult literature award and it’s very special to me — I won it several years ago for A Northern Light (A Gathering Light in the UK), and it has been on display in my office ever since!
